How much are the shipping costs?

Zero, we have free shipping.

 

How will my shipment be delivered?

We will send your order within UK as a package.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for all chargeable products is usually three to five working days within Germany. On the product page you will find current information on the delivery time of the respective product. If you order products with different delivery times, the delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time.

When shipping abroad, longer delivery times apply.

 

Is it possible to have the delivery on a desired date?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it is not possible to send your order on a date of your choosing. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received by us.

What is "Paypal Plus"?

 

Via the payment service provider PayPal, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services (PayPal Plus). During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment order to PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

 

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize with your access data. You can also use the guest payment option via PayPal. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order.

 

If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after your legitimation as the legal cardholder by your credit card company at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged.

 

If you have selected the direct debit payment method, you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed of the date of the account debit by PayPal (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.

Can I also pay by credit card?
